How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery is 2–4 working days and free over £75. Some made-to-order or imported items carry a longer lead time, which is always shown on the product page before you buy.
Where do you ship from?
We ship to customers across the UK. Some lines are stocked here and dispatched quickly; others are sourced direct from our suppliers, which we flag on the product page so you know the timescale up front.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded, and your statutory rights are not affected.
Which payment methods will you accept?
At launch, checkout will accept major cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) plus PayPal and Klarna. Payment is being wired up in the next phase of the build.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
Yes — if you need multiples or you’re kitting out a workshop, get in touch via the trade page for a volume quote.
Are your reviews real?
They will be. We only show verified customer reviews and never use fake or incentivised ratings, so review sections are empty until real customers leave feedback at launch.
