UK delivery options

• Standard (2–4 working days) — £5.95, or free over £75.
• Express (1–2 working days) — £9.95 on eligible items.
• Large / heavy items — a dedicated courier slot is arranged; timescales are shown at checkout.

Made-to-order & imported items

Some items (for example custom neon signs, or lines shipped direct from our suppliers) carry a longer lead time. Where that applies, the expected dispatch window is shown on the product page and again in your order confirmation — no surprises.
